Yes. Clients log in to view messages, updates, and documents — but only for their own case, with no unnecessary features or setup.
Who can see messages and updates?
Visibility is controlled by role. Each message, update, or document is shared intentionally, with a clear record of who can see it.
How do quotes and instructions work?
Quotes can be sent and tracked within Click. Once accepted, they convert into a structured case without re-keying or duplicated steps.
Is Click free for firms to use?
Yes. There are no subscriptions or per-user fees. A simple software fee is added per case and paid by the client as part of the transaction.
